“We had several roof tiles that were sliding down plus around 15 tiles that were broken and needed to be replaced. I got 2 estimates from “A” rated Roofing companies. One company wanted $855 just to set foot on our roof PLUS another $700 to replace 10 tiles only – so a total of over $1,500 to replace broken tiles not counting fixing slipping tiles or anything else.
With J L Ray CO, it was $139 for the roof tune-up plus $300 to replace 15 tiles and to clean & blow all the gutters around the entire house.
The roof tune up included fixing 11 tiles that had slipped, re-sealing roof vents, spray-painting all flashings, eye-brow air vents and breather tube-vents that stick out the roof.
Dan is very professional, easy to work with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner with a great positive attitude.
I cannot say enough good things about Dan, the crew who performed the roof tune-up, and of the company J L Ray CO. The other “A” rated company wanted over $1,500 for less work. For $439 ( $1,100 less ), J L Ray CO Roofing did a lot more work and left the roof looking line new. I have attached a picture.

“We just had our roof redone. Our roof is concrete tile roof. Brandon from J. L. Ray Roofing company responded promptly to my call after we noticed some roof leak. He assessed the problem and we decided to do the whole roof redone once and for all. The timeline was communicated clearly and the job was done satisfactorily. The crew did excellent job whiteout much breakage of tiles and the workers were easy to work with.
There was no damage to my existing gutters. Upon completion of the project they pressure washed the tiles and the driveway etc. Now my roof looks awesome like brand new tiles.

“We wanted a metal standing seam roof on our house. We called at least 20 roofers and only 3 had experience with metal roofs. We got quotes from the 3 and JL Ray was the least expensive by far. They showed up when they said they were going to, all their employees had masks(for COVID) and the finished product looks great. There are 3 other houses in our tract that have metal roofs and ours looks the best. Their process covers the gap at the end of the standing seem which provides a more finished look.“
